WHY CLIENTS COME TO US

SYSTEM

We see more than the subject of the claim.

We take the conflict apart as a whole: facts, law, evidence, the parties' interests, the opponent's resources, procedural risks, the public context and whether a future judgment can actually be enforced.

If the problem is systemic, we look not for yet another identical lawsuit but for a systemic mechanism of protection.

→ Strategic cases and results

STRONG OPPONENT

Status does not create a presumption of being right.

A state body, a large company, an official or an international institution may have far more resources than the client.

That changes the strategy — but not a person's right to a defence.

We know how to work where the conflict is already complex, toxic and unequal, and a standard procedural solution is not enough.

→ Publications and strategic cases

REAL RESULT

A court judgment is not the finish line.

Before filing a claim we already ask: what happens after we win?

Interim measures, the debtor's assets, enforcement, foreign jurisdictions, negotiations, advocacy, publicity — all of this can be part of one strategy.

Because a right is restored not when a well-written judgment appears, but when a person gets a real result.

TEAM

Complex cases should not rest on one head.

Cases are handled by the attorney, an assistant, lawyers, subject-matter experts and partners. When needed we bring in psychologists, economists, valuers, auditors, international enforcement specialists and others.

AI partners of the team work alongside the people: they research large bodies of information, look for connections and contradictions, test hypotheses and help see the problem from different disciplinary angles.

For each case we assemble not a set of job titles but the intellectual capacity it needs.

Thousands of applications

Since 2014 — applications from victims of Russian aggression in Donbas and Crimea; before that — on non-enforcement of domestic court judgments.

This topic is the subject of a separate systematic study we are preparing.
